Hi, I'm Holly! I am a recent 2024 graduate and am currently in my first year of university studying a Bachelor of Vision Science with a Masters in Optometry at the Queensland University of Technology. I'm a hardworking and dedicated student and I hope to instill my understanding and knowledge in my students.

During school, Rosie was always passionate about humanities, including Ancient and Modern History, Literature, English and Art and is excited to pass on her knowledge of these subjects. She achieved the ACU Liberal Arts Prize (highest results across Liberal Arts subjects) and an ATAR of 93.55. After graduating in 2023, she is commencing a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Ancient History) at the University of Queensland in 2024 and aims to further her knowledge of humanities areas.

Through her experience as a circus trainer for youth and teens, she has developed a teaching practice that meets young people where they are and encourages them to find learning methods that suit their unique ways of seeing the world.

Hi! My name is Joe and I am currently studying to be a mathematics and physics teacher! I have been tutoring for the past 3 years and have enjoyed every bit of it. My previous students ranged from year 6 to year 12, mainly studying English, Maths, and Science. Through my previous work and studies, I have became skilled at communicating complex information at different levels and developed a mastery for science and mathematics curriculum content for secondary education.

My approach to tutoring is to always cater to the students needs whilst always spending the first few minutes on a quick warmup. Using different mediums to represent knowledge (such as visuals, videos, or diagrams) are a strategy I implement often!
