Electa Demonstration

Although the world is in crisis right now, it does not mean your child’s education should be too. With our online university grade software and resources, we can assist your student with homework, assignments, exam preparation or just general content. Transitioning from classroom to virtual classroom might seem daunting for students, especially with little access to their teacher. Therefore, having one-on-one assistance outside the virtual classroom will make sure your student still gets the support their education deserves.

Tips For Equipment

  1. Ideally the student will have a headset (headphones and microphone combined)
  2. If you don’t have a headset using the laptop microphone and a pair of headphones works perfectly well
  3. Using an external mouse is a lot easier than using the laptop’s trackpad
  4. If there are audio issues, in most instances, the tutor can phone you and use your phones on speaker for the audio
  5. A webcam is not needed but might be nice to use from time-to-time

Tips For A Productive Session

  1. Try to login about 15 Minutes prior to tuition and run an audio test to ensure equipment is working
  2. If there are specific things you would like to work on email them to your tutor in advance so they can bring the work into Electa
  3. If you are having technical difficulties call us straight away on 1300 360 245 so we can resolve these as quickly as possible
  4. Always save your whiteboards for future reference
