I am a dedicated and passionate student studying a Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Queensland. I am excited to start my journey in becoming a Trauma Surgeon, when I commence my Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery. I have been a high-achieving student for all of my life, throughout primary school, high school and now through to university, as can be seen in my qualifications. I love tutoring as it gives me the opportunity to inspire and teach other students. As a keen learner myself, nothing brings me more joy than to be able to assist the young minds of the future in their studies, and hope to see them blossom from my tutorship. My approach to tutoring can be summarised with a quote: "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." - Benjamin Franklin. I aim to facilitate a productive and open study space where I can fully involve a student, so they understand and can apply their knowledge, rather than just being shown what to do. I structure lessons based on a student's existing work or questions. I aim to work with the student's learning style to deliver the best experience possible.
