Champion Lakes, Western Australia
I am a person who is passionate about education and a life-long learner. I hope to instil this love for learning in all my students. English and SOSE are my particular academic interests but I display enthusiasm for whatever subject I am teaching/tutoring. I have four university degrees including a Master of Teaching (Primary) pre-service. I am also currently completing a Cert IV in Special Needs Education Support. Over the last years I have been tutoring students who have Special Education Needs (Dyslexia, ADD, Anxiety Disorder etc.) and students who have English as an Additional Language. I aim to make learning fun and provide a warm and welcoming environment. It is my belief that when a child feels welcomed and safe they are willing to work and therefore their academic/social results will improve.
